Knock Out: Boxing Class(Boxing & Dutch Muay Thai)

In the world of combat sports, Boxing is one of the most effective and specialized skills that you can learn quickly to gain a solid base for self defense. Mastering it is a whole different ball game though, as ‘the sweet science’ can be very technical.
The first 30 minutes of every training session consists of a warm-up and supplementary exercises, where fighters train alongside performance fitness athletes. The next 30 minutes is dedicated purely to proper Boxing techniques. Depending on your progression and skill level, class duration will begin with 30 minutes and will gradually ramp up to a 60, 90 or even 120 min session for seniors.
At a later stage, hard sparring sessions (optional) are conducted with an aim to improve applied fighting skills for martial artists and not to determine winners. This is the final stage of prep to reach before competition.
Trial Class Fees: Rs. 500 (adjusted against membership fee if you join!)
ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE: Rs. 1000 for new students. Lifetime Validity.
