After a one on one virtual session with one of our head coahces, a coach will be assigned to you based on your requirement, program and the head coach’s assessment.
Dependent on a member’s individual needs, our team will perform physical assessments such as checking body mechanics, musculo-skeletal imbalances and posture among a host of other details. We compile this data to get an accurate baseline with which to plan and measure your journey of perpetual growth.
