When we think movement we look at movement as a whole. Super Kinetics has stepped far beyond the industry norm of breaking down basic strength and mobility drills and projecting them as “flow movement” and “Animal workouts” as standalone movement oriented programs.
We have looked into the best of gymnastics, break dancing, parkour, free running, martial arts and tricking to combine their overlapping elements as supplementaries, then we sharpen the elements unique to these different skill sets as specialities. Super Kinetics is an umbrella term we use to describe our hybrid program that trains skills in various freestyle body weight only movement disciplines. The training can be broadly split into 3 macro categories or “Elements”.
Floor Elements: (Cartwheels, rolls, handsprings, round offs, etc)
Gymnastic skills, B-Boying skills, Floor calisthenics skills,
Bar and Obstacle Elements:(Vaulting, leaping, ropes, levers on bar, etc)
Street workout Skills, Parkour and free running skills
Air Elements: (Flips, leaps and combo moves)
Street workout skills, free running skills, Tricking skills.
