Our personal training packages are customised to the client. Depending on your initial assessment and training goals, we will recommend a duration for you that suits your needs. Duration may vary between 2 months to one year.

Maintenance training for moderate fitness.
30 minute sessions x 3 days a week = 12 sessions a month.

High intensity, goal oriented training.
30 minute sessions x 6 days a week = 24 sessions a month.

Boxing classes may be booked for 3 month packages only. We believe that any thing less than 3 months is insufficient time in which to learn the basics, if you’re a beginner, or perfect your skills, if you’re an amateur or pro.
