Our premium targeted personal training module is reserved for clients who are serious about being the best version of themselves that they can be. It is a completely tailor-made one-on-one program that includes lifestyle programming, exercise and nutrition.
We will sit down one-on-one with you to hear your story. We chart out your current lifestyle and where you want to be so we can help you formulate measurable goals.
Dependent on a member’s individual needs, our team will perform physical assessments such as checking body mechanics, musculo-skeletal imbalances and posture among a host of other details. We compile this data to get an accurate baseline with which to plan and measure your journey of perpetual growth.
We create a comprehensive program for you, taking into consideration your lifestyle, current fitness level, diet restrictions, any past injuries or weaknesses. We then use this continually evolving plan to constantly challenge and boost your best.
Each client of ours is a walking advertisement. Nothing makes us happier than seeing a client exceed their own expectations. We will not let you slack off or compromise on your training and settle for being anything less than your best.
As for our coaches, we have a large, versatile team with specialists in Weight Loss, Combat, Self Defence, rehabilitation, sport specific training, high intensity athletic training and general programming for your specific goals.
