Refund, Cancellation & Membership Policy
At Combat Kinetics, we are committed to building a strong, inclusive community through high-quality combat sports training. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and sustainable — both for our members and for the students we support through our Sponsored Fighter Program.
Please read the following carefully before completing your payment.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Combat Kinetics are non-refundable, whether for:
- Memberships (monthly, quarterly, annual, or discounted)
- Personal Training or class packages
- Trial sessions
- Registration or processing fees
Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — regardless of attendance, schedule conflicts, health conditions, or relocation.
Duplicate Transactions
The only exception is in the event of a duplicate payment for the same service. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded in full. If you suspect a duplicate charge, please contact us at info@combatkinetics.com within 7 days with your payment receipt.
2. Membership Transfers
While memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded, we do allow you to transfer your remaining membership to a family member or friend, provided the following conditions are met:
- A transfer fee of ₹6,000 is payable.
- The recipient must be eligible for the same type of training (e.g., adult or kids).
- The full remaining duration of the membership is transferred; partial transfers are not allowed.
- The transfer must be initiated by the original member via email to info@combatkinetics.com
This option is especially useful for long-term memberships in case of unexpected life changes.
3. Freezing Memberships
We understand that certain unavoidable circumstances may temporarily prevent you from continuing your training. In such cases, you may request a one-time freeze of your membership, subject to the conditions below:
- Maximum freeze period: 30 days for 3-month memberships, 60 days for 6-month and annual memberships.
- Notice period: Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of the freeze start date.
- Eligible reasons: Serious injury (with medical certificate), extended travel, or family emergency. Proof may be requested.
- One-time freeze only: Freeze requests are permitted once per membership period and cannot be split.
To request a freeze, please email info@combatkinetics.com with your full name, reason for freeze, and requested dates.
Note: Freeze days cannot be retroactively applied or carried forward into a new membership cycle.
4. Deferment
We do not offer deferment of memberships. A membership is active from the date of first attendance (or registration, in the case of pre-booked plans) and will continue until the end of the chosen duration. If you anticipate a break in your schedule, please consider beginning your membership closer to your availability.
5. Trials, Offers & One-Time Fees
- Trial sessions are charged at ₹500. If you sign up for a membership within 7 days of your trial, this fee is adjusted against your membership.
- Registration fees and processing charges are one-time and non-refundable.
- Special offers and discounted memberships are subject to the same policies as regular memberships.
6. Why These Policies Exist
Combat Kinetics is not a commercial gym — it is a training collective and not-for-profit centre. Every paid membership helps fund our Sponsored Fighter Program, which provides low-cost or free training to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. These policies ensure fairness, accountability, and financial sustainability across the board.
