Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thanks for purchasing your program with Combat Kinetics.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request we will review the reasons for refund.
Valid reasons include:
- Duplicate or mistaken transaction
If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the amount within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Membership Transfer
Once we receive your transfer request we will review the reasons for a request to transfer.
Valid reasons include:
- Moving to a city where Combat Kinetics membership cannot be transferred
- Any health issue verified by a medical practitioner.
The transfer of the remaining days of the program can be done to a known family member or friends (applicable immediately).
Deferment of Services
In the event of any emergency or pre-planned events, you may be eligible to freeze your membership up to a maximum of 1 month during your program. This is applicable only to the half yearly and annual packages.
Service Interruption
Given the COVID-19 pandemic conditions, Combat Kinetics clubs are subject to government orders regarding operation. In the event classes are suspended due to lock down, membership fees paid will not be eligible for refunds or cancellation. All memberships affected by COVID-19 lock downs or other government mandated closure of businesses will be put on hold indefinitely, till such time classes can resume. Please check with Combat Kinetics coaches if virtual classes are available.
