The Combat Kinetics Self-Defense corporate workshops are 1 hour programs that cover basic fitness, principles of combat and universally applicable techniques. It is a highly simplified yet effective system that can be learnt, practiced and applied by an individual who has little or no exposure to physical violence or threatening situations. This CK program was created by a panel of the top combat coaches in the world, who specialize in (Ju-Jitsu, Combat Sambo and MMA) recognized by the JJIF, FIAS and WMMAA (Asian Olympic council and Sport Accord).
This program will be conducted by National and International champions in various combat sports with an unparalleled understanding of the science of combat. If participants wish to practice the principles they have learned and turn them into skills under proper supervision, they can sign up to attend our classes at 7 locations across Chennai, or if the company wishes to conduct regular classes at their own premises, this can also be arranged.
Our Progressive calisthenics corporate workshops will give you a solid base and understanding of the various systems of calisthenics and how to train with them effectively.
