REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, trials, memberships, plans, class packs, personal training sessions, programmes, events, and related services purchased from Combat Kinetics through the website, payment links, direct payments, or any other approved payment channel.
By making a purchase with Combat Kinetics, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Rule
1.1 All amounts paid are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
1.2 This applies to, including but not limited to:
- trial bookings;
- memberships;
- class packages;
- personal training sessions;
- special programmes;
- workshops, seminars, camps, and events; and
- advance payments, deposits, and block payments.
2. No Refund Situations
2.1 No refund shall be issued on account of:
- change of mind;
- lack of continued interest;
- inability to attend;
- scheduling conflicts;
- relocation;
- travel;
- injury, illness, or medical conditions;
- dissatisfaction with class timing, branch, or coach assignment;
- coach change;
- programme format changes;
- failure to attend booked sessions;
- disciplinary suspension or termination;
- personal reasons of any kind; or
- non-usage of a membership or package during its validity period.
3. Trial Bookings
3.1 Trial bookings, where chargeable, must be paid for in advance unless expressly stated otherwise by CK.
3.2 Trial booking fees are non-refundable.
3.3 If CK permits trial rescheduling in a specific case, such rescheduling shall be entirely at CK’s discretion and subject to availability.
3.4 Failure to attend a booked trial does not create any right to refund.
4. Memberships and Plans
4.1 Memberships and plans are valid only for the duration and terms communicated at the time of purchase.
4.2 Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, extended, carried forward, or transferred unless CK expressly approves otherwise in writing in an exceptional case.
4.3 Missing classes or failing to use a membership during the active validity period does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, replacement session, or extension.
5. Personal Training and Special Sessions
5.1 Personal training sessions, private sessions, and special booked appointments are non-refundable once scheduled or commenced.
5.2 Rescheduling, if allowed at all, shall be subject to CK’s discretion, prior notice requirements, and coach availability.
6. Branch, Coach, and Schedule Changes
6.1 CK reserves the right to change coaches, schedules, class structures, branch operations, and service formats.
6.2 Such operational changes do not entitle the participant to a refund.
7. Branch Closure
7.1 If any CK branch is permanently closed or discontinued, CK may, at its sole discretion and where feasible, transfer the participant’s remaining access to the nearest existing branch or such other branch as CK may designate.
7.2 Such transfer shall be the participant’s sole remedy.
7.3 No refund, reimbursement, or compensation shall be payable solely due to branch closure.
8. Class Cancellations or Interruptions by CK
8.1 CK may reschedule, shorten, suspend, or cancel classes or services due to holidays, maintenance, staff availability, events, force majeure, public safety concerns, government action, or other operational reasons.
8.2 Such changes do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
8.3 Where CK chooses to provide an alternative class, adjustment, or accommodation, the same shall be entirely at CK’s discretion.
9. Payment Failures, Disputes, and Chargebacks
9.1 If any payment is reversed, disputed, declined, or charged back after access has been granted or services have been reserved, CK reserves the right to suspend or cancel access and recover the unpaid amount.
9.2 CK also reserves the right to deny future bookings or purchases where prior payment disputes have occurred.
10. Exceptional Cases
10.1 Any refund, credit, waiver, extension, or transfer granted by CK in a specific instance shall be purely discretionary.
10.2 Any such exception shall not create a precedent or entitlement in any future case.
11. Processing of Approved Refunds
11.1 If CK expressly approves a refund in writing in an exceptional case, the refund may be processed after deducting:
11.2 payment gateway charges;
11.3 taxes where non-recoverable;
11.4 administrative or processing costs; and
11.5 the value of any services already used or reserved.
11.6 Any approved refund will be processed only through the original payment mode or such other mode as CK may determine appropriate.
