THE COMBAT KINETICS PROGRAMMES.

The Combat Kinetics MMA Fitness Classes in Chennai are structured sessions varying from 30 minutes (The Savage (Fitness Bootcamp), Targeted Personal Training (TPT)), 60 minutes (Knock Out (Boxing)) to 90 minutes long (Core Combat (MMA).

The minimum duration package we offer is a 3 month package for all our programmes except Personal Training, which is available on a monthly basis. Check out our Fitness & MMA Class Fees section for a list of all our programmes and packages.

The Savage Boot Camp classes, Targeted Personal Training classes and Core Combat MMA classes are conducted at all 4 CK Clubs in Chennai located in Chetpet, Teynampet, ECR & Valasaravakkam.
